Helloween - The Best The Rest The Rare

The Best, The Rest, and The Rare was originally released in 1991 as a way for Helloween to fulfill their obligations to BMG and Noise, for the band and Noise were in a lengthy lawsuit that put Helloween on ice for 3 years. The Best...includes highlights from Helloween's early recordings and is a good way for a new listener to get a feel for the band's earlier work.

Future World
Judas
Walls of Jericho [Instrumental]
Ride the Sky
Halloween
Livin' Ain't No Crime

Avril Lavigne The Best Damn Thing ( 2007 )

All Music Guide
True, this is far from deep but Under the Skin proved that a deep Avril is a dull Avril. The Best Damn Thing, in contrast, builds on every one of her bratty strengths which makes for ridiculously catchy pop - the kind of music that provides a soundtrack for teens and guilty pleasures for everyone else.

Tracklist:
1. Girlfriend
2. I Can Do Better
3. Runaway
4. The Best Damn Thing
5. When You're Gone
6. Everything Back But You
7. Hot
8. Innoncence
9. I Don't Have to Try
10. One of Those Girls
11. Contagious
12. Keep Holding On
13. Alone (B-side Girlfriend)

1992 - Diamonds - The Best of Dio

As for who this album is geared for, it would mostly be old fogies who only have Dio albums on tape or vinyl and can’t afford to repurchase the entire discography on CD. Younger fans that are getting into Dio and want to do research are encouraged to pick up a copy of the “Stand Up and Shout Anthology” as it is far more comprehensive than this and doesn’t rob anything from Craig Goldy’s invaluable contributions to Ronnie’s career. This one is slightly less expensive, and it is a better listen than the vast mountain of pointless Dio Greatest Hits albums out there that are seemingly thrown together at random, but it is woefully incomplete.
Tracklist:
1. Holy Diver
2. Rainbow In The Dark
3. Don’t Talk To Strangers
4. We Rock
5. The Last In Line
6. Evil Eyes
7. Rock ‘n’ Roll Children
8. Sacred Heart
9. Hungry For Heaven
10. Hide In The Rainbow
11. Dream Evil
12. Wild One
13. Lock Up The Wolves

Vanessa Mae - 2002 - The Best Of

By
This review is from: The Best Of Vanessa-Mae (Audio CD)
this cd was nothing to what i epected, for mainly good reasons but for a couple of bad reasons to,i love vanessa mae and her work and am a great admirer of her work, shes hit all the right notes for puttin the right tunes into her best of album but there is one thing missing which i am a bit shocked at, it is infact one of her best singles and one which made into the uk top 40,red hot,i looked through the track listing and couldnt find it, and expected it to come to a climax at the end with something like red hot,but ended on solace, the tune art of war, is really good, and she has done well by adding a video to her cd,which might attract more people to the cd,i noticed that there is only one previously unreleased track on this album, and maybe she could have considered adding one or two more so she could release a single from the album and reach attention of more people, but all in all very impressive and im sure it will take the world by storm as her music usually does.
